Hi, I would like to know how I can manage sales targets by SKU (Library Products) x Quantities sold. The answer I got from support is that HubSpot only has goals for activities and tickets. Thank you very much!
I agree! I can't base campaign goals on number of deals created, closed, etc. Campaign revenue calculations and goals are too simplistic. They simply read all revenue that has been brought in during the campaign period even if it's completely unrelated.
I highly recommend making campaign goals more advanced (filter options like you can to create lists) so you can actually measure what your company deems as success versus these arbitrary measurements that HubSpot currently offers.
