Sales forecasting - Have Reports display data for deals even if they have left a pipeline.

This is specifically in regards to the sales forecasting tool and funnel reports.

 

This request is for forecasting reports to show conversion rates for deals that have touched the stages of a pipeline even if the deal leaves the pipeline.

Use case: We have a sales pipeline with a 'won' stage. Once a deal is won, it is moved into a customer delivery pipeline for the customer success team to look after. However, since the deal is moved out of the sales pipeline, any funnel reports or sales forecasting reports do not work (even though in these new pipelines, the deal is still considered 'won' and it's won percentage is set to 'won'). 

I have heard suggestions, in this case, to 'duplicate' the deal into the customer success pipeline instead. Unfortunately, deal duplication isn't a feature. You can enroll a deal in workflows that can copy some attributes into a new deal, but certain attributes (like products associated with the deal, ARR, TCV, ACV) cannot be copied.
