Sales dashboard: include new metric "averege time to close" for deals

I am interested to know how long on average it takes between the time a deal was created and a deal was won. 

 

Currently, everytime we win a deal, I have to do this in Excel: in a spreadsheet I add the date the deal was created, the date the deal was closed (won), and then calculate the average number o days for all the deals.

 

There should be a simple chart in Hubspot Sales comparing how the average time to close changes over periods of time,  is differente by funnel or sales team.
