The current velocity report shows the time between create date and close date. My sales team has deals in the first step of the process for a while sometimes and only when it moves from step 1 (SQL) to step 2 (Prospecting) the actual sales process starts. I would for that reason like to know the velocity from the moment it moves from step 1 to 2 to close date.
Also, my cycle is split between SDR's and AE's, meaning AE's take over halfway the sales cycle. I would like to know the velocity from start to hand over to AE for and SDR. So, what's the Velocity in days between Step 1 and step 5 and between step 5 and 10?
