We have a large set of Sales-Templates. Sales-Reps decide on which Sales-Template they should use, based on filled properties in the company. This process would be much faster and efficient if Sales-Templates could be pre-qualified by properties (e.g. if the property "Country" is set to "Germany", only Germany-based Sales-Templates will be shown).
Who
This idea is manly for Sales- and Service-Reps who want to decrease their time searching for Sales-Templates.
Goal
The goal is to create subsets of the large number of Sales Templates so that Sales Reps can decide more quickly which template to use. Additionally, the margin for error would be greatly reduced.
Value
Sales Reps can use their time more efficiently by providing information to the customer rather than searching for the right template every time.
