We have both Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. Our team in Sales Hub can not view a copy of the Marketing Email that went out to their clients. This seems so basic of a functionality. Sales Hub users can see in the contact activity feed the fact that a marketing email was sent, they can see open and click thrus, but they can not click on the email and see the content. It creates more work for the Marketing team to be sure to export a copy of the email, and maintain version control. it would be so simple to give them a "view only" of the email right from the system and the screen. What if the customer has a question about the email and they have to search our offline records for a copy? We haven't started with Service Hub yet but imagine if the same restrictions are there, the same issue will arise
