We really need better reporting for sales (one-to-one) emails. Even a basic how many emails were sent & by who, how many opens/clicks in a given span of time are not readily available.
By comparison, marketing email metrics and reports are much better, but still more limited than they should be.
Hi all! I'm so pleased to share that this reporting is now Live! You can see more details here. Please file new ideas for any more specific reporting use cases you would like to solve with HubSpot.
Hi all! I'm pleased to share we're in Beta with this in the Custom Report Builder for Professional & Enterprise portals. You can request access in the Product Updates section of your portal by searching for "Connected email analytics rates in Custom Report Builder".
Thank you for this great feedback @ZRoberts4 ! After investigating the concern you've shared, we can't alter that behavior right now. How emails are categorized has a lot of downstream impact on other HubSpot tools, so we can't change this quickly or without risk. But I am filling an issue on our backlog to fully scope out if we could do this as a long term improvement. An important clarification for anyone reading this: The situation described is only when another user replies to your email. Replying to your own email (such as in the case of Sequence emails threading together) will not count as a reply.
Hi all! We're working to get email rates into the Custom report builder. If you're interested in being an early tester, please send me a DM on here with your portal Id and I will follow up 🙂
I assumed this was part of the basic function of SalesHub's email reporting when we started using it because of how the marketing emails are able to be tracked. This needs to be addressed as it feels more like a bug fix than a feature request.
Yes, totally agree. Our Sales team want to generate a report from the email trackers to do a follow up email blast. If there is a way to a list of all the opened one off emails that would be awesome.
It would be so helpful to have this feature! Would be great if there is a possibility to create reports/lists/views of contacts who opened or clicked sales emails. Added to that it would be great to filter the reports by sender so that each person can have a look at his/her own emails.
This is 100% needed and. basic feature offered by many other platforms. It seems like the option should be simple enough to imlement and the sales sequence track the over all sequnce but even though it suggests yo ucan see states from each email in teh sequence when created as a template this is not the case. Such a shame not to have this and makes it impossible to tweek messaging to see what is working and what is not
Our sales reps are wondering how many times it takes them reaching out to get a response from a lead, looking to inform their outreach strategy and how long to go after someone before moving them to nurture. we need a way to report on the number of sales emails that were sent and then when we get a response from the contact.
100% agree very important for sales teams. Especially since you already have all the data in the activity feed, would good to see it compiled in one area
Totally agree, we work so hard to develop new leads and we use automated sales email sequences to contact them, but if at the end of the day we do not have a clear picture of how many of these emails went to prospects spam, we are definitely missing something here:(. HS, please help!
This is a must have report! We need a higher level view of the effectiveness that sales people are having with their one on one emails. I need to be able to view this in a report as a quick snap shot to see if one of my staff needs help if they aren't getting the engagement that they should be as compared to the rest of the staff. The ability to put this in a report will be beyond extremely helpful.
+1 would like to see total sends, m/m, by rep, as a whole (per team perhaps)... I can look at email template reporting in the analytics tools, however i need to account for one off sends that are not templates. Thanks 🙂
