THE CURRENT SITUATION:
Currently, in the Sales -> Document tool in HubSpot, it is possible to upload a document so that a shareable link can be created and shared with someone.
Whenever that someone re-shares the same link -- to a colleague, for example -- HubSpot can ask the colleague for his email address.
THE PROBLEM:
The colleague could write any email he wants. The validation being limited to the email address format (characters@characters.characters).
THE IDEA:
It would great if, when we are creating the shareable link for the document, we could check a box to add the "Block free email providers" that's currently possible to use on the email fields in forms.
This way, HubSpot could prevent the users from using a free email service when they enter their address, hopefully improving the odds of having actual real professional email addresses.
