Sales Call Made activities should sync to Salesforce with a Subtype of Call
Currently if you check the box to sync "Sales Call Made" to salesforce, under the activities tab of the Salesforce/Hubspot integration it will sync these calls as Tasks to Salesforce. These tasks come over with a type of "Call" and a subtype of "Task".
This **bleep** because Salesforce does not allow you to edit the subtype once it has been set.
It also means that these tasks show up with task icons in the activity history, rather than with call icons in the activity history.
