The SMS tracking. link that Hubspot automatically uses looks like spam/a scam. This is super frustrating when trying to use the new SMS feature that we paid for. This needs updated ASAP to be able to personalize our own UTM or tracking links for SMS.
I would also like to customize the tracking link to fit us. We educate our customers on types of fraud and what to look for. We want to use SMS but the look of the tracking link is not ideal.
This is important to update/customize because some smart phones will automatically move the text message to SPAM and the recipient won't even know they received a text message. Please consider this enhancement/upgrade, it will benefit all HubSpot clients to have better SMS performance and communication.
I agree with this suggestion. This is a deal breaker for us using SMS in Hubspot and has us looking for other solutions. We were told to incorporate a "branded link", even though we are already entering a URL that is branded and SHORTER than the link that Hubspot provides. It robs us of brand identity, creativity, and segment purchases. (Obviously the longer the text, the more you must purchase!) 😠 VERY disappointed in this functionality. All users should have the option to disable it.
