I just realized that when you log an SMS you don't get to select an outcome like you do for a call. I was considering having my team switch over to logging texts as SMS instead of logging them as calls, but when I saw that we can't track the outcome, I realized that doesn't help us. It would be really nice if that were added to the SMS logging option to improve tracking and data collection.
