We have 4 employees using the Round Robin, ideally we would like each to receive an equal amount of meetings per week. Currently, this is not happening because the feature does not take previous appointments into consideration.
If Chuck is booked a meeting on day 1 and on day 2, all 4 employees are available, why is this second meeting booked with Chuck again? The system should know, who's next on the list to receive the next meeting from their rotation schedule.
