We would love to have the feature "If contact is owned by a team member...." to also include, if the contact is not known by HubSpot, but has a URL known, the company owners availability will be shown.
This is a great idea. We have also had problems with the Round Robin calendar bookings when the company has an owner, and then a new person not known by Hubspot books a meeting - and the meeting goes to a random sales person, as HS does not recognize that person belonging to a company which has an owner, even if HS has the email address with the domain in it.
@hannebjorn We've created a Hubspot specific solution that gives more flexibility to the round robin functionality.
Inluding: account matching - this way if a contact has an associated company or associated deal already with an owner - it will assign to the same person.
