OPPORTUNITIES for round robin meeting links today:
1) My team is looking to assign a true round robin where each member receives evenly distributed leads. It has been noted in another thread this is not how the round robin function works today and that they are distributed based upon first availibility today. Is that correct?
2) Time Zone would ideally be set in user profile settings and assigned to each meeting link based on that setting. Thus, round robin would ideally be following each person's user profile setting to understand their availibility. Seems the workaround for this is the new "Consider working hours" setting?
3) Would love an ability to have our sales@ email take the place of Organizer when round robin is in place OR the Organizer is the individual chosen for the round robin.
WHY this matters to us - Calendly can do ALL of this today, but Hubspot cannot. I want to use the native meetings tool to garner greater functionality within workflows and reporting, but cannot if round robin opportunites stated above are real gaps and don't have a reasonable workaround.
Hi @MBarton00, these are definitely much needed features. I'm not certain about the functionality of the existing round robin and how the availability connection works there, going to dive into the docs. But yes, Time zone is critically important too, and should be integrated with the load balancing features. +1
Also wanted to mention that Insycle does this. Full disclosure, I work for them. But Insycle's Assign app does workload balancing over timeframes, so you could balance leads over the last week or month. Also has full time zone settings, adding future unavailability days like vacations, and a quick toggle for sick days and unexpected availability.
