We currently use Calendly for booking meetings and are getting ready to launch with HubSpot. One functionality I would love to see is if we set up a Round Robin event, that we are able to set up a schedule for each person. For example, Heather gets calls MWF and Carolyn gets calls TTh. Below are examples from calendly on how we achieve that.
I think its odd that we would have to ask two people to block off entire days in their calendars just so they don't get booked on a call. They then look busy to anyone else trying to schedule things with them.
This would be an amazing feature!
