Rolling Dates for Workflows and Ticket Properties
We use Service Hub pipelines for our technical support. We'd like to create workflows that automatically set deadlines for these items.
An example of what we need:
When a ticket is created, a ticket automatically gets a two week deadline to close.
As far as I can tell, it isn’t possible to set a date property using a rolling date parameter for workflows. It only works by setting a delay in the workflow, then setting the date as the same date as the step. Unfortunately this leaves a critical field empty until the workflow is complete.
