We have a lot of workflows that assigns and notifies specific HubSpot users. All of these workflows must be updated whenever one of these users is offboarded and deleted on HubSpot.
Would be great to be able to assign a record or notify a user in a specific role. For example, a "Support Manager". So if there's a new user in that position, I simply assign them to that role and the workflows require no maintenance.
