Revamp Social Tools - Especially the video limits on Instagram
I am unable to post my videos to Instagram via the current social scheduler tool. HootSuite handles the videos just fine so it's not a video issue, it's the parameters within the tool. Support wasn't able to assist other than to say, Ya, it's the tool, not your video, submit it for a feature request in the idea forum. Would be awesome to get rid of my HootSuite subscription and use HubSpot exclusively.
I've found Hubspot's social scheduling to be one of the more half-baked features. It's a crying shame, as any excuse to get away from dedicated tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or (gods help us) Meta Business Manager would be very welcome.
I can only assume that the rapid pace of change in the social space means keeping up requires a dedicated team.
