At the moment in Hubspot if a contact click Unsubscribe from all communication is marked as opted out.
If the same contact in the future (for example submitting a form) will give the marketing consent to receive communications, it is still marked in HubSpot as "opted out".
To remove it and to receive marketing communications, the contact has to submit a specific form updating his communication preferences.
The idea is that if the contact is opted out and in a second moment he updates the marketing consent, the contact in HubSpot will directly marked as "marketing contact".
If the contact give the marketing consent it has agreed and want to receive communications so in HubSpot it has to be treated as a marketing contact without submitting that specific form.
