This is especially important with the conversation-ticket sync - where users are able to delete conversations that will also delete tickets despite the user permissions set individually for tickets.
For now, the only workaround would be to inform members of the organisation to not delete conversations from the inbox - however, this might result in potential unwanted consequences such as tickets being deleted unnecessarily.
Hoping we can get this sorted out to prevent possible confusion for users internally.
Hi everyone! Agree on this too. Having a feature to restrict or at least view who deleted tickets/conversations would be helpful to prevent or detect the source of unnecessary deletion of records.
This gives users more insights and authority in their own portal too. Hoping to see this appear in future updates regarding conversations and their delete history!
