Restrict custom user field to only accept certain input, such as users from certain teams or roles

For example, i have multiple user fields on all object to document the solutions engineers and SDRs who worked on them. but i cannot limit the solution engineer field to only allow for users who belong in the solutions engineer team, and same with SDRs

It would be very helpful to only see select users on a perticular task
