We share some sensitive information, where we would not want the user to be able store and share files we share on their own terms. We would benefit from restricting files to view only when we share via email.
For example, we have a file ready to share, instead of making them log in to our website, we'd like to make it more user-friendly for the user to be able to view directly in an email - however, right as it is now they will be able to download the file and possible distribute on their own terms.
This can be easily done via CloudFiles. You can share a link that can be accessed by a secure link via email. The file opens in an online viewer and cannot be copied, downloaded, or printed.
