Restrict/Assign Ticket Pipeline Visibility in Service Hub
We have a use case where only certain users should be able to see certain tickets. Would it be possible to allow/limit visibility to certain teams or team members?
For Example, I want to create a feature request pipeline in tickets under service hub. The purpose of this pipelines is to track potential feature requests from submission to queue thorugh development, testing and launch. However, I don't want my sales team to have access to this, as I want them to talk with potential clients about features we are investigating, before we decide if they are valid and will be incorporated.
