Restore meeting links when a user's paid seats are restored

Hi team,

One of our users had four meeting links as a paid Sales and Service Hub user.

 

We downgraded the user to a free user which only entitles them to one meeting link.

 

When we realised and restored them to a paid user the meeting links failed to restore and we had to contact support (see ticket # 9845208).

 

Please restore meeting links when a user's paid access is restored or allow us to restore meeting links ourselves so we don't need to contact support.

Agreeing with the sentiment here. It's very difficult when things get silently deleted and aren't recoverable.

2025, still no solution. It's more than a "nice to have". 

 

I encountered an issue today on a client's portal. Manually recreating broken links is beyond tedious...
