I would like to suggest a feature or additional setup on social media section where I can directly interact/engage with the users who are commenting on our Facebook ad. At the moment, all I can see is a preview on the Facebook post ad (with the number of comments).
This is needed - at the moment because we don't have this we have to go back to the facebook's inbox to manage interactions on our ads.
By doing this, we also see all the conversations that are had with customers, that are handled through hubspot's inbox - and these don't get marked as read in facebook when they are read in hubspot. So it's a real mess trying to manage both systems when they don't cross sync.
YES. I got Hubspot so I wouldn't have to bounce around between all the platforms I use, but with no Instagram stream or ads integration, it's still pretty messy.
Definitely needed independently of whether you manage your Facebook Ads via Hubspot. Hubspot would ideally be single source of all inbound communication.
Would highly recommend this feature to also include notifications so social media / digital marketing managers are able to monitor and respond to comments on the ads in a timely fashion.
We are migrating from Manychat as our omnichannel/call center agency software. We used this feature extensively, anytime someone commented on our ads, the comment was pushed to manychat as a private messenger thread. I didn't even think to inquire if this was possible on outher platforms as we evaluated other options. how do other agencies manage comments on their social media pages?
Hubspot, not having this feature almost defeats the purpose of leaving Sprout Social and migrating to Hubspot. Please consider this a high priority. The comments on ads and boosted posts are the most volatile and risky because our target is almost always not our current network. This means people are more apt to exploit the comment section.
Hello. Is this still an issue? I believe when Facebook Messenger is used it connects with Hub Spot and opens tickets right? But not for comments? If a customer comments on a Facebook ad, it does not track in Hub Spot correct?
