It would be great to have the ability to manage responses in the conversation tool with WhatsApp integration. We observe a need to collect and categorize responses received via WhatsApp to then trigger specific actions based on these responses.

 

For example, the ability to send a message offering response options such as "yes" or "no" and then create logical branches in HubSpot based on these responses. This would enable increased personalization of interactions and finer automation of processes.

 

Anticipated Benefits:
