Respond to and Revise Customer Feedback

We have had a couple customer feedback submission come through that left a glowing review, but a poor score - likely because the customer misunderstood how the numbering scale works.

 

It would be great if we could reply to the review directly from the Customer Review portal and give the customer a chance to change their review if they'd like.

 

Right now, we can email the customer via their timeline, but then there's a disconnect between their review and that email.

 

They also have no way to revise a review once it has been left.
