The way images are embedded into email messages could be smoother. Currently when building a template, you can insert an image from your library into the template, but it always comes out in it's Native Size.
The issue with that is, you either have make the image way too big, taking up too much space, to be readable, or you can make it really small, which makes the screenshot/image very hard to read if you try to zoom in (pixelated).
The Fix/Enhancement should be to allow you to drop an image anywhere into your template email body, and resize it through a cursor. When the email is opened, there should be an option to click on the image(s), popping the image out into it's native (larger) size.
