Required deal stages (so deals show in deal stage funnel report)
It would be good to be able to set required deal stages for a pipeline. For example; a pipeline for 'New business' (prosects that are not yet customers), it would be good to force the sales team to add a deal at the first stage then have to progress it through every stage until won/lost. Then every deal will show in the deal stage funnel report and allow us to measure sales performance.

We need the same. Another way would be to still allow deal to go from stage 1 to stage 3 but to record in stage history that it reached stage 2 at the same time as stage 3." I think I agree with this this idea, we could record both and therefore get stronger data in deal funnels.
Come on, HubSpot, get your act together. This tiny feature is needed for data integrity for mission-critical sales pipeline data. Are you guys going to respond to this ever?
This has been sitting since 2018 and should have been a consideration when deal pipelines were first implemented. This is a basic requirement to ensure the integrity of the deal flow and reporting.
PLEASE Husbpot, do something about this. It's things like these that make your customer start looking harder at Salesforce.
That this is still not there is a big miss. I cant rely on acurate data when this is not provides. So the report tool does not work without this feature. Cant be this is still not here for 3 years.
Few other feeds on this asking for the same thing. This has the most votes, please address hubspot. We have been waiting on this for 2 years now. At least change the reporting so it counts skipped stages if a option to force deals through all is not possible
