Required Fields in Outlook Add-in

When adding a contact to the CRM from the Outlook add-in, the fields required online are now required in the sidebar but if I were to send the email (without manually adding) the contact will be created minus the required fields. 

 

It would be nice to have the ability for the sender to be prompted with the same alert in the below screenshot. 

 

I want to encourage users to complete the contact properties beforehand to avoid delays when it comes time to contact the customer via phone or email and we don't know their first name.
