Require NPS feedback question

We should be able to make the follow-up feedback question after the NPS rating in the survey required.

Hello Hubspot team,

I launch my first CSAT survey with you but I didn't find the follow up question mandatory and most of the clients are not responding that.

I would support this initiative of making the follow up question mandatory too.

Hi team! I'd like to know if there are updates on this matter! I see it has been planned for a while but the tool is still unable to make the comment field to be mandatory.

We really need to be able to require customers to leave a comment with more info on our NPS survey.

Please, this should be basic tablestakes. We want to take action based on feedback, instead are forced to dig through every part of a ticket trying to find what they might have had an issue with.
