Request for in-app ability to insert new template into A/B emails;convert regular to automated email
Hi team!
I worked with a customer today who had created A/B test emails of a regular marketing email. We wanted to change to an automated A/B email and was able to do so as he had the beta access to this feature.
We did however, have to create a new automated email and select the 'A' template for the 'A' email. We then found out that we could not select a new template for the 'B' email. A quick check with fellow support reps confirmed that there was no in-app way to do this. A workaround was to save sections of the B template, and then manually apply it to the B email in the email editor.
This is rather tedious though, so it would be great if we had this functionality to just select a template for B emails 🙂 thank you!
