Request for Update: Instagram Carousels Now Support 20 Slides

Hi everyone,

 

I’ve recently noticed that Instagram updated their carousels, allowing for up to 20 slides instead of the previous limit of 10.

 

I was wondering if it’s possible to update HubSpot's tools to reflect this change?

It would be great to manage these carousels directly through HubSpot without having to go back to Meta’s tools.

Yes Please - I highly second this one. As more educational content is critical to connect with audience segments, carousels on Instagram is a key unlock to non-follower growth. We are currently limited in Hubspot to 10 slides, however in the native platform, this is allowed to 20 slides. There is also additional functionality in the native platform to include music overlay to drive awareness. Please please update the Instagram integration. It's feeling quite a bit behind and in some cases, it's proving better to post within the native platform than to use HubSpot because of these drawbacks in how it affects the algorithm. 

 

From a partner perspective, it's hard to justify to a client why they should use Hubspot rather than the native platform as we are currently not able to do these things in HubSpot to keep up. Please consider this update.
