Sales teams and Super Admins are spending an insane amount of time manually requesting company/contact ownership and updating the records. With a large team in place, it would be the wild wild west if everyone had permissions to change account ownership. It would be beneficial for sales teams and their admin if a button was imbedded within the account page to request it from the admin. Sending an email or teams one at a time with the link, then the admin having to go in one by one to change ownership is extreamly time consuming. If a list would populate for the super admin, with last contact date, current owner, requested owner, lead stage and an "approve" or "deny" check box or button ,the admin could quickly approve or deny based on the rules of engagement in place. Sales teams would spend more time selling!
