Reposition recaptcha and submit buttons on forms

I'd love to be able to position the submit button above the recaptcha button on forms.

I second this suggestion. It would be helpful to put the submit button directly below the last field that needs to be filled out on a form and then below that we could put our GDPR statement.

I also agree and wish this was an option. Is there custom coding I could use to reposition the submit button above the consent text and captcha?
