Reports for daily distribution of tickets and chats
Hello!
We would really need a report on our dashboard about the daily distribution of chats and tickets, to:
compare the daily turnover, to see which days have more frequent user activity for our Customer Support Team (to see for example which days or hours have extreme or lower workload)
have a report for customized time intervals
see that within a day which hours are the busiest (e.g. most tickets/chats are coming in between 9am-2pm, but after 3 pm its rare, etc.)
With the help of the above, we could see the daily peeks and report on a heatmap for example.
