We have a sales process whereby each meeting must be logged with all permaters like "outcome" selected so a report can be generated to ensure all steps are being followed, HubSpot tell me there is no way to report on the "Meeting Comments" field? Does anyone have a solution to this as the comments are a crucial part of ensuring our sales procedures are being followed, any help would be appreciated
Yes, we desperately need this function. Especially as we have set up a bookings link and we need to know the agents notes after the meeting has been held.

We are logging rep visits as a meeting, and using a back office support person to enter notes and assign tasks for action items. We need a way to output a list of all meetings and the details for a given rep, filtering it by who it was assigned to, and not who created it.
@ASteele9 we do the same thing to summarize meetings as the comment field is directly tied to the meeting event, which help us understand what was said and achieved in each meeting vs. the notes which are not tied to any event.
Reporting and exporting that data in bulk is a must
I agree. This option is not just missing on meetings, is the same case for tasks. We have set up automated tasks as reminder to follow-up, for example on lost deals after 3 months. The team has been updating the task type as call and adding comment.
