It's a significant gap that although a meeting duration is set (30, 45, 60 min) automatically based on the calendar integrations or bookings link, that I cannot leverage that duration in reporting.
This is an enormous gap when it comes to measuring sales performance and efficiency, resource planning for sales, implementations & account management and for RevOps to evaluate overall performance.
The metric is there and logged in the timeline, but not available in reports.
It would be valuable to understand the amount of time GTM teams are spending per week on meetings, as well as total meeting time with a customer, or the analysis of total meetings (demos, etc) required to successfully close a deal. Meetings are vital component of our sales touchpoints. This right now would be all too manual if I had to scroll through every record to count the number of meetings (and duration before close). This is a critical component for oversight + planning as mentioned, especially in a remote sales environment.
For a customer with a set number of hours of support or training, this has to be manually monitored since we cannot report on it. We aren't able to easily monitor
This is absolutely needed! I was shocked to find out that this was not a functionality to report on meeting duration (even if it is just scheduled duration). We would greatly benefit from being able to report on this not just for our CSMs but for our implementation team as well!
