Reporting by dates

Hi there,

Hubspot is getting rid of cross-object reports and replacing it with something else…

On cross-object reports you can filter the date by ‘last week, last month, quarter up to now’ etc. i.e. date range and represented in different frequencies e.g. weekly. (see attached 1). 

At the moment, you can’t do that on Custom Reports. 

So the reports must be within a specific time frame e.g. 1 May - 31 May. (see attached 2)

I think it's really important to add/keep the dates feature cross-object reports have to the other types of reports on Hubspot going forward.

I'm baffled how there isn't date functionality such as this month, last month, etc on the Custom Report Builder, it's a complete nightmare. I'm having to create so many workflows to copy properties between Companies, Contacts and Deals to build them in the Single Object Report builder but now I'm hitting issues where the functionality of the Single Object Report is so poor I can't even create what I need to.
