Reporting: Show properties in legend, labels with zero values/zero count
Business need: when reporting on something like deal counts per territory, it would be nice if the report could also show territories that have a zero count. This would be helpful when presenting the report to others, to have a visual cue that all territories (or whatever property you're using) is being represented, even if they have a zero count.
Seconding this idea. We would like to include a report in our sales dash that shows the counts of deals in various stages. If there are 0 deals in a particular stage, that stage just completely disappears. It would be very helpful to be able to still include report column headers / categories when there are 0 counts.
If this feature were available, it would save me many extra steps to get a complete set of company data, even when the activity count is zero to manage my account management team.
Yes, this has long been a frustration for me. Most of the time the audience doesn't know what they should be seeing so they won't recognize when data values (categories) have been left from a table or chart. Showing all the values for a property would be very helpful.
It would also help with visual presentation because the size and shape of the chart won't change based on the number of unique values with data present for a particular property.
This limitation is fine if you have a handful of people using HubSpot, but it alienates your larger users like myself who have 50-100+ Sales Reps and Marketers!
We need 0 counts as well! Without this feature, we have to export the data into a spreadsheet in order to track month over month, which is very time consuming.
