Reporting Average Time - Only Calculate Business Days
Our Service team only works normal business hours Monday-Friday, and not the weekends. In order to truly calculate things like "average time to first response" we would need the data to only calculate for the weekdays since including the weekends skews the average and makes it worse. It is also not a true representation of how quickly we are responding to our clients during normal business hours.
I love this idea. Right now my team also doesn't work on weekends: So when I have an SLA with sales that we'll onboard someone in X amount of time--it would be great to actually have a report in Hubspot that would reflect our "Actual" onboarding duration.
This is an ESSENTIAL feature core to every support team. Without accurate first response time, it's impossible to gauge if you're serving customers promptly or not. You should be able to only report on business hours - eliminating weekends and after hours from the calculation.
This is very important for us. We need this to be able to see if we are attaining our standard service intervals. Basically we need to see if we are delivering services in line with our goals, and that requires us to calculate difference in dates minus the weekends. This should be pretty easy to implement. HubSpot does have the ability to recognize weekends and day of the week so it's just a matter of creating options to remove those days from the Sum. Please implement quickly so I don't have to export to excel, run the formula, and reimport back into HubSpot to count only business days..
Hi, I am new to Hubspot and have realised that my reports do not exclude weekends. Has any one come up with a work arounnd or a formula to solve this problem. Not much point reporting stats that are inacurrate.
This idea is a must-have most business and most clients are not working during the weekends. This will improve accuracy when reporting on performance by ensuring our efforts are only calculated by time we can actually control.
Our team truly needs this feature. Currently, our SLA calculates the average response and closure times for tickets. However, since our team doesn’t operate on weekends and holidays, having this feature is essential to ensure our KPI reports accurately reflect our actual performance.
Absolutely necessary. I hope something like this it's implemented as soon as possible. We want to be capable to calculate commissions directly from HubSpot, but if the count include weekends, the indicator on which the calculation is based is distorted.
