Multiple users have requested a report that averages the time it requires to close tasks from created to completed by user and overall to monitor task completion rate and productivity.

How is this not possible yet?! I want to see how long it takes certain reps to respond to specific tasks. For example, knowing how long it takes my reps to respond to tasks titled 'SQL - Please Reach Out'.
The fact that we can't make a report on response times on certain items is laughable.
