Report on each CTA performance individually on Pages

When having multiple CTAs on a single page, such as: fill in form-1 or fill-in form 2, or "click here" links, I would like to be able to "tag" in the page what I identify as a "CTA" and have the performance of each of these CTAs indvidually reported in the page report.

Today, all i'm getting is "submissions" and I am not able to quickly get a sense of "who clicked where" without going through multiple reports and losing filtering nuances in the process.

Yes, this is a well awaited idea and should be solved, without the use of custom events which does not give you historical data
