Currently, there is no way to report on association history or removed associations, only current associations (and this is limited).
It would be useful to be able to use information about associatons that have ended in reports and filters. For example, dates associations were created/ended.
Our use case:
We use contact-contact associations with particular labels to show a relationship, e.g. that volunteer A visits client B.
When that relationship ends, we remove that association.
We need to report on how many of these associations existed in particular date ranges, among other things.
The issues:
There is no way to report on the association once it has ended. You can see it in the association history on specific records, but reports can't use this data.
There is no way to report on the dates on which assocations were created or ended.
