Report on amount of time spent logged in per user

However, we still do not have the ability to report on the amount of time that each user spends logged into their HubSpot account per an indicated time period, such as per month. This would be extremely helpful to be able to report on amoun of time that employees spend logged into HubSpot for accountability purposes. Thanks!

I 100% agree that this is absolutley needed.  Management just asked for this and was unable to provide this to them.  In our company we based the usage of HubSpot as part of the sales team performance review.  Please make this happen!

Same here. The ability to generate reports that correlate time spent with volume of work would let us identify potential problem processes and optimize or if we need to scale the size of the team to increase bandwidth.

Has there been any update on this feature? It would be great to be able to monitor how much time our agents spend "active" in hubspot. Maybe even have an activity tracker that logs you out if you're more than xx minutes without any movement. If anybody can help me with this info, I'd appreciate it.

Our team would like this feature as well.  We are trying to create a "Bodies-in-seats" report so we know how much work is done with the hours actually sitting in-front of the computer being active within HS.  But I am not seeing that in any reporting, or on the super-admin side. All I get are changes to user profiles and log-in times.

As a consultant, and working remotely my work is often not visible. I would like to have a way justify the work that I am doing.

I would love to see a bar graph per month that shows the time per day of first-to-last activity. This would be a quick visible way to understand how much time each of my team members is on Hubspot- which should be nearly all day. I really hope we can resolve this soon.

We need this feature. It looks like it has been requested for years, and there's no new development. Please help us report on utilization to our management teams. This would make it very easy to tell who the power users are and are not.

This feature would bring a lot of value on our side. It’s been a long-standing request, and we haven’t seen recent updates. Being able to report on usage would greatly simplify how we communicate adoption trends to leadership and understand who is really getting the most out of the product.
