Report on Whatsapp metrics

With the new whatsapp integration it would be great to be able to report on Whatsapp metrics as we do with emails eg. opened, replied, clicked link.

Additionally, the ability to use these engagements in a workflow as we would for emails.

These would be incredibly valuable and a huge reason to integrate into the one inbox. To have accurate metrics accross all channels.

Yes please! It would be really useful to report on engagement metrics from WhatsApp like we can for other channels in HubSpot.

Yes, very much need for visibility. Meta is not as thorough in metrics for whatsapp.
