Speaking on behalf of different customers, this is a common request. For example, customers would like to know if their conversation threads were initiated by contacts, or by portal users. However, this is not possible.
It would be great to have metrics about this integration to measure the performance.
With the new whatsapp integration it would be great to be able to report on Whatsapp metrics as we do with emails eg. opened, replied, clicked link. Same as the actiivity to be logged on the contatct´s history.
Additionally, the ability to use these engagements in a workflow as we would for emails.
These would be incredibly valuable and a huge reason to integrate into the one inbox. To have accurate metrics accross all channels.
