Report on Contacts who Abandon Chat Flows

It would be great to have a way to segment contacts who abandoned chat flow and who completed them to report on automated initiatives and follow up with leads that didn't make it all the way through an automation.

Hello! Has anyone being able to solve this? The idea was posted on 2020.... it's 2023 and I really would love to know if someone worked it out.

 

I need to report on contacts that abandoned the chatflow, and in which step of the flow they did it.

I also would like to analyse and improve my chatflows based on where contacts abandon our chats.

+1 I would love to see this implemented. I'm surprised this isn't an out of the box function! Customer service really benefits from knowing when/where customers abandon their chats.
