Would love to be able to drill down to specific days of the week for reporting. Example, see how many emails we received on Tuesday and Thursday. This would help us drill down our best production days or the days where we can take on a little more work.
Seconding this idea. We would very much like to report based on days of the week across all of our objects. So being able to select reporting for all Mondays vs Saturdays would be very helpful.
This is a great idea. I can't believe HubSpot doesn't allow reporting on this. With all of their resources on how to improve email health, you would think there would be robust reporting functionality to assist with this...
This needs to happen it is an easy fix. And not just for emails, we need reports based on days of the week for a number of enquiries coming in, deals closed, phone calls made etc.
this surely is a basic reporting requirement. What day of the week, historically, do I receive most new enquiries. Incredibly disappointed with reporting in Hubspot - far too many restrictions. having to 'vote' for a report is ridiculous
This tool would allow us to evaluate the traffic of conversations sent to customer service by day of the week. For example, how many conversations on Monday AM on average. This would allow us to adjust the number of customer service agents based on the average traffic. Intercom had this functionality by day and time of the week. We could therefore easily visualize the busy periods and evaluate if the number of agents for these periods is sufficient or on the contrary too high.
2. Time of day would also be a great addition, and being able to filter or break down/combine time of day. For example, 9am - 5pm = within standard business hours, 10pm - 6am = outside operating hours, 6am - 9am = early morning, etc.
Also keen for this feature, we'd love to be able to assess weekend lead performance and compare say all sundays for the year to identify our highest performing sunday. It would be great to have this option in the report builder. Thanks
