Report Filter Options for Active Users and Teams


It would be nice to have a filter option when building a report to have a selection that displays the users associated with a team. For example, I am building a report to show how many service tickets are maintained by each individual employee on my customer support team. As people join and leave the team, I need to constantly go into the report and select/deselect the employees who are/aren't on the team so I only see tickets associated with current and active users.


A simple fix would be to have a selectable option of either selecting entire teams (as opposed to individuals) or not showing information based on a user's active/inactive status. You can reference the screenshot below
